From New Delhi: One can take train, bus or plane to Kashmir to reach the spot.

By Bus: Private volvo and sleeper buses are available near Red Fort from New Delhi to Jammu. Buses usually start during evening hours till night upto 10 p.m. The Bus fare usually varies from Rs. 400 to Rs. 500. Duration of the journey is around 12 hours. From Jammu buses and other 4-wheeler facilities are available near Jammu Bus Stand only during early morning hours. It takes nearly about 6 to 7 hours to reach the destination from Jammu. In Kashmir one has to get down at Khannabal and one can take bus from Anantnag Bus Stand or any other 4-wheeler from Khannabal.

By Train: The Trains are available from New Delhi to Jammu during early morning hours and evening and night time. The Train fare usually varies as per Govt. charges starting from Rs.300 to Rs1000. Duration of the journey is around 11 hours. One has to reach Jammu Bus stand from Railway station. From Jammu buses and other 4-wheeler facilities are available near Jammu Bus Stand only during early morning hours. It takes nearly about 6 to 7 hours to reach the destination from Jammu. In Kashmir one has to get down at Khannabal and one can take bus from Anantnag Bus Stand or any other 4-wheeler from Khannabal.

By Air-Buses: The Flights are available from New Delhi to Jammu. The Air fare usually varies from Rs.3000 to Rs10,000. Duration of the journey is around 1/2 to 1 hour. One has to reach Jammu Bus stand from Jammu airport. From Jammu, buses and other 4-wheeler facilities are available near Jammu Bus Stand only during early morning hours. It takes nearly about 6 to 7 hours to reach the destination from Jammu. In Kashmir one has to get down at Khannabal and one can take bus from Anantnag Bus Stand or any other 4-wheeler from Khannabal.
